We Are What We Consume.
We are what we consume. I use the word consume in a wide sense. We consume food, information, energy, and so on. What is around us shapes us, and the opposite is also true. We shape what is around us.
Food carries a mood. Alcohol, coffee, chocolate, fruit, and any other food affect mood. The same is true for information. What we see and what we hear can affect us in a bad or good way. The effect can last for hours, or it can last for years. After drinking water, the noticeable effect will go away in a few hours. Heavy metals that enter the body may stay forever. Information may pass through us, for example when we look at a clear sky. Or information may stay forever, for example a deep scare. Fear and heavy metals in the body can affect a whole life. This effect is not always good. The more carefully we treat food, information, and our environment, and the better we choose what fits us, the better we can make our life.
Better quality means a longer time without a change in qualities. So what fits us can stay with us longer if we are more careful in our choice.
